Can I just sign up online?
Afraid not, we want to ensure that our solution is right for your needs and see if any optimisation work needs to be done on your site during the migration.
For this reason we like to have a quick chat about your needs and do a little analysis on your site before getting you all set up.
But don’t worry, there’s nothing to pay for this process, we’ll even copy your site over to our hosting and let you check it all on a temporary domain before we even send you an invoice!
Do you only host UK clients?
Currently yes, we’re based in the UK as are all of our clients so we haven’t had the need to operate a server anywhere else. But feel free to get in touch and we can always look at options for you.
Does the price include any maintenance?
We’ll ensure that your SSL stays renewed and have a support system for hosting related issues. But plugin updates and theme updates etc are all down to you unless you also take out one of our maintenance plans.

Do we get cpanel access?
There is no cpanel, so no. You get access to your highly optimised WordPress login and SFTP access if you require it. But there’s no back end access available (or required).
Do you handle all of the DNS changes?
Yep!
In fact over the years we’ve discovered that so many people don’t understand DNS (and that includes a lot of web designers) that we prefer to just manage that for you. Need some changes to DNS records? Just pop us an email or raise a support ticket and we’ll do it for you asap with no risk to anything being messed up.
You've said you're a Cloudways Agency Partner, couldn't we just go to Cloudways direct?
You absolutely could, but our buying power as an Agency Partner means we can sell to you at a lower cost than you can buy direct.
Our price of £17.50 (with no VAT as we’re not VAT registered) puts you on the same server that would cost you £22.35 + VAT if you bought direct. Storage costs for backups are then on top of this (we absorb this cost) and email servers must be manually configured on every site on Cloudways, again, something we handle for you.
